Health & Saftey Poster, Here's My Health & Safety Poster That was made last friday...It is very inspiring to others and myself ! I think everyone should be keeping safe and still staying a distance from others and people you don't know because you could still catch the covid - 19 . STAY SAFE ! :)

This week,were learning about 'Matariki' we have task that we have to complete...Maths,Literacy,Inquiry and Art Tasks! Here's one of my Literacy tasks my "Maori Calender" .. 

Ancient Egypt :)

Last Week we have been learning about Ancient Egypt and the History about Egypt we have came across Number Systems,Mummification to name a few and loads of other things and information... Here's a little of what I have learnt about ‘ Mummification Process ‘

‘ Mummification Process ‘

"It takes 70 days to completely mummify a dead body. The first step is to push a sharp rod up the nose and into the brain. From there, the brain is broken up into tiny pieces and removed through the nose then filled the nose with saw dust. Jars which had the heads of Gods on top were used to sore the organs. The hole was then filled with linen and spices and the body was left under a salt to become dry. After 40 days the body was wrapped in linen bandages. Priests surrounded the body while it was being wrapped and said spells, A mask was placed over the head so it can be known in the afterlife . "

Hopefully you learnt a little from reading that and hopefully you actually read it.... I have learnt a lot during the week and wish to share more with ya'll !!!
